Carluccio’s – authentic Italian food restaurant aims to provide great quality at a sensible price with excellent service. Elephant Nation helped the brand in establishing their digital presence after the rebranding and repositioning of the brand in 2016. The new strategy mainly focused on the customers insights to develop content around them instead of only Italian Food, that flipped the communication to be about why Carluccio’s do what they do, instead of what they did. The results created great engagement and developed the brand character on digital platforms in the region. Elephant Nation also supported Carluccio’s in designing and developing their website in the region, and rolling out several tactical campaigns and new seasonal menus from a creative and design perspective, as well as planning and strategy.
